What is PlanP?
PlanP is an all-natural, plant-based gummy diuretic made with buchu leaf, dandelion root and green tea. It’s designed to support your body’s natural fluid balance and help with occasional bloating and puffiness.

PlanP is made with buchu leaf, dandelion root, juniper berry, green tea, apple cider vinegar, watermelon powder, vitamin B6 and potassium. Please see the Supplement Facts panel on the pouch for complete details.
How do I take PlanP?
Take 2 gummies every morning and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Please follow the directions on the label.
How long does one pouch last?
Each pouch contains 60 gummies, a 30-day supply at 2 gummies per day.
When will I notice a difference?
Everyone is different. Some people notice a difference sooner, others a little later. Consistent daily use, along with staying hydrated, gives PlanP its best opportunity. Individual results vary.
Is PlanP a laxative?
No. PlanP is non-laxative. As with any diuretic, you may notice that you need to use the restroom more often.
What does PlanP taste like?
PlanP has a natural strawberry watermelon flavor. The gummies are vegan, pectin-based, non-GMO and gluten-free.
